The LASAK shop is intended only for healthcare professionals. As a doctor, laboratory, or clinic, you can select and order the medical devices we offer online. We cannot deliver to non-specialists or patients.


International orders

LASAK, based in the Czech Republic and established 30 years ago, is truly an international company and we ship daily to customers in all the corners of the world. We welcome international orders and are happy to send them.


All prices are ex-works (EXW) Prague, Czech Republic, Incoterms 2000, and do not include any commission, other duties, or transport or packing costs. 



We want to make shopping at LASAK as easy and transparent as possible for you. After dispatching/sending your parcel, we will send you the tracking number so you can follow the current status of your shipment.

If you place and pay for (unless individual conditions apply) your order on a working day until 12 Noon CET, it will, in most cases, be shipped the same day. The parcel will be delivered to your specified address.

An individually agreed mode of transportation is used, and you can choose from two delivery options – GLS eco or DHL express.

When delivering by GLS parcel delivery service, the following shipping costs (without VAT) and delivery times apply:

  • € 9 to Bulgaria (4 working days)
  • € 6 to Croatia (3 working days)
  • € 10 to Cyprus (5 working days)
  • € 6 to Denmark (2 working days)

Express delivery by DHL

In all the countries listed above, it is possible to arrange DHL express delivery. The parcel is, in most cases, delivered the next working day after dispatch.

  • The shipping cost is € 30 without VAT for orders up to € 200 inc. VAT.
  • For orders over € 200 inc. VAT the shipping cost is € 20 without VAT.

Pre-payment via bank transfer

After receiving your order, we will send you the proforma invoice for pre-payment.

Payment at the time of order by PayPal

Safe payment is our priority. You can pay with PayPal easy, fast and safe. If you have a PayPal account, you will pay only using your e-mail and password.

Payment at the time of order by credit card 

Safe payment is our priority. For secure payments, we use a PayU safe payment gateway secured by SSL. In the PayU payment gateway interface, enter the card number, validity date and CVC/CVV code. Your data are transfered secured. 

You can pay by these credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay offers a comfortable, safe and confidential method for payment using iPhone, iPad and Mac. Click Apple Pay and confirm your purchase using the touch/face ID on your Apple device without entering your credit card.

Google Pay

With Google Pay you can pay quickly and easily. To be able to use the service, you must first download and set up the free Google Pay app for Android. This is associated to your Google account. Google Pay is connected with several credit cards. In addition, each bank account can be stored in Google Pay via PayPal.

Exchange/return of the order

You may return products within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in the original sealed undamaged packaging. Contact us before any return shipment. The buyer pays return shipment costs.

Check the contents of your shipment well. Any claims must be made within two days of receipt of the shipment.


Shipment insurance

LASAK insures shipments against loss or damage during transportation, provided that the recommended mode of transport is used. If a different method of transport is used, the insurance premiums are charged separately. The risk is transferred to the buyer as soon as the buyer has received the shipment.


Protection of personal data and the use of cookies

By submitting the order form, the buyer agrees that the data provided may be processed (until permission is withdrawn) by LASAK s.r.o., company ID: 44265786, registered address: Ceskobrodska 1047/46, Hloubetin, 190 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic, as the administrator of the website, in compliance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended. By submitting the order form, the buyer agrees that their personal data may be processed by LASAK using electronic means according to the provisions of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on third party company information services, as amended. This permission is provided voluntarily and may, at any time and at no cost, be withdrawn by writing to: or by a letter sent to: LASAK s.r.o., Ceskobrodska 1047/46, Hloubetin, 190 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic. The personal data provided to LASAK s.r.o. may only be passed onto third parties for the purpose of dispatching shipments through a shipping company. The website may use technical information obtained through cookies. It is possible to disable cookies in browser settings. However, if the use of cookies is disabled, the website may not fully function. No personal data is obtained using cookies.


Final provisions

These general terms and conditions are only applicable to cases where the person intending to buy the goods from LASAK is a legal person, or the person in charge of ordering the goods within their business activities or within their business responsibilities.

If any provision of the general terms and conditions is found to be invalid or ineffective, or becomes invalid or ineffective, a new provision will be agreed between the parties, which will be the closest possible approximation to the invalid clause. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of a single provision is without prejudice to the validity of the effectiveness of the other provisions. Any changes or additions to the purchase agreement, or the general terms and conditions, shall be made in writing.

By submitting the order form, the buyer declares their explicit consent to the content of these general terms and conditions applicable at the date of dispatch of the order to LASAK, including the price.
